George R. Saunders is the Senior Law Enforcement Consultant for Williams Associates, LLC. Mr. Saunders brings thirty five (35) years of Law Enforcement Investigations and Police Training Expertise to (JAWA, LLC) offices nationwide. He retired from the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office as Senior Investigator. One of Mr. Saunders’ many career highlights was the development of Policy and Procedure(s) for the National Council of Crisis Negotiators Association which, have been accepted nationwide. During his 35 year career, he had collateral duties as a police instructor teaching police policies, practices and procedures at the Camden County Police Academy, and on nationwide assignments. Currently he remains on staff at the CCPA as a Certified Police Instructor. He is licensed as a Certified Private Investigator with associates nationwide. His Curriculum Vitae is as follows:

11/09 to Present: Consultant, J.A. Williams Associates, LLC
Duties: Conducts forensic evaluations of private security and law enforcement training, policy and procedures in Pre and Post Litigation. Mr. Saunders conducts audits and evaluations of police department Standard Operating Rules and Procedures as mandated by the State’s Attorney General Guidelines and applicable laws. He provides assessment and evaluation of security needs and application of Loss Prevention Programs to Commercial Properties, Port and Transportation Facilities, Educational Facilities, Houses of Worship, and Health Care Facilities.
11/89 to 12/09: Camden County Prosecutor's Office, 25 N. 5th Street, Camden, NJ - Senior Investigator
Duties: Investigate violations of criminal statutes, identify criminal offenders, plan and effect criminal arrests, prepare investigative case files for trial presentation and prosecution. Investigate and prepare criminal cases in the following offences: Homicide; Child Abuse; Domestic Violence; and Major Crimes. Assignment as Senior Investigator involved Liaison and coordination of Major Crime Investigations spanning multiple jurisdictions and law enforcement agencies. As a Deputized United States Marshal assigned to the Regional Fugitive Task Force, performed duties included investigation, location and extradition of wanted fugitives from justice. As the assigned County Bias Crimes Officer, conducted all Hate Crimes investigations from initiation to trial. As the assigned Crisis Intervention Negotiation Officer, performed duties and provided training Sessions nationwide on Hostage Negotiations. Collateral duties included Serving as a municipal police training officer at the Camden County Police Academy and Liaison Officer to the Camden County Human Relations Council. These duties included coordinating all racially biased complaints.
11/77 to 11/89: Clementon Police Department, 101 Gibbsboro Rd, Clementon, NJ 08021 - Patrolman / Detective
Duties: Performed Uniformed Patrol duties including, traffic law enforcement, and initial investigations. As the department’s Juvenile Officer, investigated all juvenile related offenses, prepared criminal and juvenile cases for court. As the assigned Detective, performed duties of criminal investigations, processed crime scenes, identified and arrested criminal offenders. As the assigned Community Relations Officer, participated in community relations programs and served as the departmental press officer.
09/74 to 11/77: Gibbsboro Police Department, 5 Foster Avenue, Gibbsboro, NJ 08026 - Special Officer and Patrolman
