CONSULTATION AND EVALUATION:

File Review - Discovery Assistance - Deposition Preparation - Report Preparation - Witness Interviews - Investigations (Overt and Covert).

$250.00 per hour

TRIAL AND DEPOSITION TESTIMONY:

Billed at a flat rate for an eight hour day or partial day.

$2500.00

ON SITE EVALUATIONS:

Billed at a flat rate for an eight hour day or night inlcluding inspections utilizing personnel with case specific expertise.

$2500.00

TRAVEL AND LODGING:

Round trip ADVANCED, PREPAID BUSINESS CLASS is required on all flights out of major airports. Lodging, meals and ground transportation and other miscellaneous expenses, which are necessary and reasonable, will be invoiced and payable in TEN BUSINESS DAYS. The use of a privately owned vehicle will be invoiced at fourty-five cents ($0.45) per mile.

ASSOCIATED EXPENSES:

Computerized police reports of prior incidents (if available), telephone tolls, express mail, facsimile and other confidential source information, if any, will be invoiced.

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT:

This agreement and contract for service is between the FIRM or PARTY, its authorized agents and JAMES A WILLIAMS. By endorsing the agreement or contract, the FIRM or PARTY agrees to be totally responsible for payment of all billing for services rendered and appropriate expenses.
